UK CAR PARK MANAGEMENT LIMITED COUNTY COURT LETTER

Do you know it ended up on the floor?
i.e. do you remember seeing it? Did you come back and find a windscreen PCN and saw the permit had been knocked (possibly knocked by the ticketer, you know...clampers used to do that). Did you appeal? Tell the Judge what you know, don't guess.
Or are you guessing and didn't even get a PCN and knew precisely nothing about this alleged breach?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I am definitely guessing. My stance is I never received a PCN and knew nothing about the breach.
So as my stance is that I never received any letters before the claim form came through, to pretend I remember the exact time that this happened would be a weird move. Hence why I am suggesting/guessing what occured on those days and not stating them outright.
Any advice on the statement thing? Do I need to add it as part of the defence now, or is it fine for later?

Hi all,
How long do I have to send the DQ over once I have filed the Defence?

Go back to that list you were following when you filed your Defence and read items 7, 8, 9 and 10 on it.0 -
Absolutely DO NOT guess or suggest in a defence, something that may not have happened yet admits they were right to issue a PCN.
As you know nothing about this, say so!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks for all the advice all.
Will try and update if/when it goes further.
