    You don't need to contact powerless debt collectors as that should be done when you send the DPO of ECP a rectification notice, but it won't hurt if you want to tell DRP as well.

    ECP and DRPlus don't currently have my new address, are you saying I should actually give them my new address?
    Unless you want to miss letters of/before claim and a N1 claim form giving the PPC a chance of a default judgment, then yes, tell them your address for service.
