Pure Planet still taking Direct Debits?

I'm not sure if it's possible to submit a reading manually but I just spotted in the app. that my smart meter readings were recorded on 23 November (their usual day for the monthly reading). If you have a smart meter you may find readings are still being taken too.Baileys_Babe said:We were with Pure Planet and have been moved to Shell.
This morning I went on to the PP app to submit my monthly metre readings and I got the message "Sorry We’ve turned this page off for a short time in order to make some updates to it - it’ll be back soon. Thanks for your patience"
Is anyone else getting this message?
I would like to keep accurate readings on my account so we are billed correctly. Any ideas on a different way of submitting them to my account?1 -
I take weekly readings and put them on a spreadsheet in my office software package. Since Avro went under and I have being able to get accurate readings by getting my readings daily in 30 minute segments, the day after the usage, I now do that and have a couple of spreadsheets open detailing the daily readings for electric, monthly readings for electric, and weekly readings for gas and electric.
The electric gives readings to the thousandths of a kWh whereas the gas just does units that I convert to kWh. Because I use so little gas, between 1 unit, 11.4 kWh, in summer and 5 units, 57 kWh, in winter per week I just do the gas weekly.Someone please tell me what money is1 -
Interesting that you mention smart readings , as we have an issue with PP final bill for my elderly parents which is related to smart readings. We were also with PP but our bill seems fine.Ultrasonic said:

Were these final bills to switch to Shell after PP ceased trading, or from switches arranged before this?whatsthenews said:
