CEL - PCN to company name

Bear in mind that the main purpose of the SAR is to obtain information on all paperwork , all pictures and each and every outstanding PCN invoice
If you already have the NTK , then you have most of what you need anyway
Bear in mind the rules are different for companies , so not the same for an individual , like court location etc ( most are online anyway )
The shortysky thread is a valuable resource , so study it in detail3 -
They have sent me a pic of the vehicle moving into the area and moving away. I haven't asked for a SAR though so if it is just to obtain information and not something only an individual can do then I will send them an email requesting all data.Redx said:Bear in mind that the main purpose of the SAR is to obtain information on all paperwork , all pictures and each and every outstanding PCN invoice

Can I ask if they can proceed to court (if my work doesn't get it thrown out before then) with a Ltd company as the registered keeper?
Which thread do you refer to? The one in the same location this NTK? I've searched shortsky in the search form but i'm not sure which one you are referring to? Before posting my post I have read every thread in the same location as me and have gained a lot of great information. I was just wanting help with it being a Ltd company rather than an individual.

thanks, I now know the one you are referring to. I had already read it in full before posting, it has a lot of great information but I need a specific as to whether CEL can take a Ltd company to court without finding out who the driver was?Redx said:Bear in mind that the main purpose of the SAR is to obtain information on all paperwork , all pictures and each and every outstanding PCN invoice

Anyone can issue a court claim against an individual or a company , so yes of course they can issue an MCOL against a company named as RK. It's certainly happened on here several times in the last few years ! However , winning is a different topic altogether ! You won't find many examples , but they do exist , hence why Edna basher gave his advice on here about these matters , as did another member whose pen name escapes me but had staffs as part of it
Yes that thread was the one I mentioned , it's a valuable resource for that location2 -
No reply back from a couple of emails to landowners, and local MP says he cant get involved as we have been sent the 'solicitors' letters...we await the court papers! Will be back for more info on this website then.1

But he can get involved in the Gove department regarding the new 2022 CoP !![Deleted User] said:No reply back from a couple of emails to landowners, and local MP says he cant get involved as we have been sent the 'solicitors' letters...we await the court papers! He can get involved with a case that is at pre-action stage where the letters are mere debt chasrers.
Loads of MPs do.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Good morning, finally the claim has progressed to 'letter before action - claim for debt'.
They want a reply within 30 days and a reason why the debt is not owed and what documents I am sending with it. Should I just use the previous arguments from other people parking in the same space, as to why the whole area should not be considered as private land? Land is 28-42 Woodford Road, Bramhall, SK7 1PA
Thanks in anticipation0
