Send a Data rectification notice by email to the DPO at the PPC and attach copies of 2 recent redacted utility bills as proof of I D under the GDPR law to erase your old address and use the newly provided address for service of papers

The DPO email address is on the privacy page of the PPC website ( which PPC ? )

Ignore debt collector letters , it's irrelevant if you receive them or not , they are powerless !

Do not ignore a formal LBC or a court claim pack from the CCBC in Northampton

It is essential that these 2 arrive at your current address , hence the data rectification notice to the DPO at the PPC
Great thanks, will do this. ASAP, its Horizon Parking. I think I have found the email address.

Will find some utility bills and send them over tonight.

How often do these things go to court?
Strangely, they have a non-standard format for their data protection officer and it is: -

Thank you everyone for your help. Emails sent off this morning, I have received an autoreply from Horizon which includes information on appeals, so may use this if I am unsuccessful with the my email to the managing agent of the park.

    Fingers crossed and thanks again

  • Hi - Just to say thanks everyone for your help with this - the manager of the shopping park has confirmed the fine has been cancelled with Horizon and debt recovery will cease!!
