With the date for the hearing being set, fast forward a couple of weeks and I had an email from the Claimant's solicitor that supposedly had the reply to defence attached. Nothing was attached.Any thoughts, looks like a c*ck up and I wonder if I can use that to my advantage.0

Reply to the solicitors and tell them it's missing and ask they send you one. There's no silver bullet from it not being attached to the email. It's a pretty common occurrence in general life to hit the 'send' button before making the attachment - itchy trigger finger! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Got the document, and it basically looks like a PPC witness statement - reply to defence? Is that right? .Not sure how I can share the document, MSE only allows images. Here's some extracts0

Am I correct?:-In para 18 the claimant/sols appears to be stating that - "the Sign does indicate the applicable charge ..........is £85...." - however the signs and the PoC posted on this thread say "£100" - (signed under a SoT).3

Of course, refute all of it. I hope you are using the WS by @jrhys or @Nosy as your template to edit and adapt?
Also do as advised here because there is new stuff to be said that the Judge may not know:

Great, I've incorporated this now and included your draft with my own comments. Looking good.

Just realized MB/Gladstones sent their Reply to Defence LATE.Past the date mandated by the Court. By almost a week in fact. Can I use that to my advantage?

Reply to defence?
Or do you mean their WS and evidence? If so, weren't you late too, as you had the same deadline?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
