Go back to that list you abandoned after filing your Defence.
Item 6 on that list is...6. After filing your Defence, there is more to do.
You now need to be reading items 8, 9 and 10 on that list.
Here they are again...3 -

Here they are again...Couldn't find that in the Newbies Guide. All I found related to DQ was thisSome days/weeks after filing your defence, the CCBC will send you a DQ N180 form, that must be completed & returned to the claimant and the court, explained here:
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/71763411#Comment_71763411Which tells you thisYou wait for the DQ from the court and this is how you fill it out. If the DQ does not arrive within a week, check with the court.

All done! Gone to the NCC. Struggling a bit with up to date emails for gladstones and minster baywatch, however. litigation@gladstones bounced and there isn't anything for MB. Any pointers?

Info@ might work for Gladstones.
You are never meant to be emailing MB except (only) if you haven't done a SAR yet, in which case the NEWBIES thread tells you how to find any parking firm's DPO email for SAR purposes.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I managed enquiries@gladstonessolicitors.co.uk with a subject line requesting that they forward the message to their legal department.

Here we go. Got the Court date set, I'm reviewing my WS. Looking back at the Newbie's thread, I noticed a section to include this if you were not the driver :Schedule 4 of the POFA - there is a link in post #1 above. Plus a copy of Henry Greenslade's wording from the POPLA Annual Report 2015 'Understanding Keeper Liability'.I don't have Schedule 4 / POFA implemented on my WS. Should I consider this (I presume this would go under the exhibits section) and recommending WS's where I can see how Pofa was invoked and do the same on mine?0
