Day 23 with no communication and frustrations are rising. We are at the exchange point in the process, I contacted another solicitor about swapping conveyancers and he advised that because of how far along in the process we are, we'd probably be better staying where we are - plus we would lose money on searches etc. It's annoying that we know no more now than we did when the system went down and cant get hold of anyone in PPL to talk to us. Even other solicitors and our estate agent cant get through. Nightmare. I'd used PPL twice before this and the whole process was sooth and efficient. Guess I must have just been lucky!0

Hi if it any help my daughter should have exchanged 2 weeks ago, we have gone through a lot of no communication and worrying, she was contacted last Thursday. Exchanged today and keys tomorrow, it seems to be going through but taking longer then planned now due to all the problems. Hope this helps1

Just an update re premier properties all fees paid , today when due to pick up keys email received they require another £400 pound they have made an error?? Well we will not be paying it statement shows we have paid exactly what has been requested.
They have called back to advise they have made another error £400 no longer required. Now people are coming forward to say the same is happening to them. Please be careful.1
