So they have no evidence of whether any payments were made or not?

    Remember that.    :)

What 'legal action' stage is the other one at?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I’m not sure as I haven’t received a letter about another one, should I reply and ask?

What is the missing information they did not send to you ?

If it's not your data , you won't get it

If it is your data , chase them up and give the DPO 7 days to reply with your missing data

Signage , landowner authority etc is not your data so you won't obtain it

A DPO won't answer questions about the case , their job is data protection and dealing with a SAR that asks for personal data

UKPC themselves are likely to say it's either with the debt collectors or their lawyers

You could issue a SAR to Dcb legal and dcb LTD

Thank you. If I issue a SAR to dcb legal will they will have to let me know of any other letter of claims they have sent to me? As far as I’m aware I have never received anything regarding a second PCN, on the alleged “evidence” they sent through they have an old address for the NTK and final warning for both but have updated my address for 1 of them, I have never received anything for another one. I thought they had to keep them as one claim and not multiple? Sorry for all the questions it’s so confusing

    You are overthinking it

A SAR is all you are entitled to by law
A SAR will obtain all your data , including documents etc , nothing else !

A DPO will only gather your data and send it to you , nothing else !

Put old and new addresses in your SAR , anything with your details on should come , nothing else !

Yes they should consolidate them , should doesn't mean definitely will , it would be great if these companies followed the correct procedures , sadly we see too many failures , but estoppel using Henderson usually gets around the problem , look it up

If they are using an old address , you email a Data rectification notice to the DPO at UKPC , ditto with dcb legal etc

Meaning that you give them a current valid address for service of papers

Thanks. I have sent DCB legal a SAR and sent a data rectification request to UKPC. As the data controller by law they have to let all parties with whom they have shared my information with about the updated details too, they have already confirmed this by email to me. Hopefully now I’ll receive letters regarding both PCN’s. They’re bloody leeches aren’t they!

Absolutely 100% correct , now you are "getting it" this murky world surrounding private parking and the dodgy legals
