Horizon Parking Fine

Hi, where is the actual template I can use for parking appeal?.
I have been sent a PCN from Horizon Parking it says the entry time 17:19 and exit time £18:29. I did pay for the parking and the ticket was for 17:22 to 18:22. I was few minutes late as had 3 kids to sort out.
Any help/ advice will be much appreciated.

It is in the newbies, please read them.  How many is a few?  Please provide FULL  details except who was driving.  Have you complained to your MP?

    It is not a fine.
What happened when you complained to the landowner/store/retail park manager?

There is a ready written template in blue text you will find in the sticky Announcement for NEWBIES. Send it unaltered from The Keeper, assuming the keeper lives in England or Wales.

  • hi, thanks for the reply it is actually a Parking Charge notice from Horizon Parking for £51, spoke to the retailer and they said deal with the horizon as they cant help or deal with it??.
  • hi the details are in the actual post few min means 7 min. As I paid the parking till 18:22 but by the time I finish loading my shopping and putting my kids in car the exit time from the car park is 18:29. i honestly didn't even realise the time as i finished my shopping at 18:15 to be back to my car in time. But when i came out it was raining so i decided to wait for few minutes as didn't want the kids to soak and lost track of time.

Are you sure you are scrolling back to the beginning of that thread?  Once there, slowly scroll down until you find the blue text.

I don't understand why posters sometimes can't find the Announcement threads at the top of the forum.  To help, my signature tells everyone where to click.  You just read the NEWBIES discussion 'Announcement' thread on a laptop (not a teeny weeny phone screen) and it is simple to see the template.

But please don't post it here asking if it's the right blue template.  Yes, it's the only one there.

Horizon appeals are also a complete cinch to win, for reasons explained in the NEWBIES thread.  They are named there.  The keeper wins.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
