The car was a 16k Range Rover. It was removed from the site when I made the purchase.
Payment was made to IS CARS Ltd.
I've been informed that I can expect a call from the director in "3-5 days"!!
Ok, so if they stated a 5 day delivery, it's been 2 weeks and they are now stating you will get a call in 3-5 days, then something is amiss...

I would be informing them IN WRITING that this is NOT acceptable, they have failed to deliver the car in a timely manner, and you would like a full refund.

If they're a middleman, then I'd say they've discovered something wrong with the Range Rover hence were unable to deliver it and it needs to be fixed!

Can you go and visit in person?
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

This has got to be a wind up. Who buys a 16k RR unseen? These cars are generally money pits and a 16k one is not gonna be in its prime. If this is not a wind up i would get in a car/on a train and go and pay a visit.

Yes but this one is 12 months old , full warranty remaining and half the price of any others listed so  I was eager to secure it.....

But @caprikid1 is not the OP @rentasmallhouse - I think that was meant to be taken as humour...

Apologies for misleading but it would be useful to get better context.

Perhaps the OP can confirm if this was 100% a distance purchase, or did they actually visit the site and inspect and drive the car before contracting to buy it?
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
