All of the pictures look like they've been taken on their forecourt, you can see the sign in the background. Do they keep the high value ones on site? Maybe.

Are you sure you spoke to the dealer directly and paid the money into the correct account, and not to someone pretending to be the dealer?

Is the car you bought still up for sale and available?

It is definitely an ex petrol station site (may have been the old Wittering Autopoint) opposite RAF Wittering about 2 miles south of Stamford and about 12 from P'boro city centre.

I have spent time in Stamford - nice town.  I wonder if it is THE dealership in the photos and whether they do have all those RR there.  A bit of an eclectic mix of very ordinary and some less ordinary cars.  

OP, I'd be tempted to call in to check everything is kosher.

The car was a 16k Range Rover. It was removed from the site when I made the purchase. 
Payment was made to IS CARS Ltd.
I've been informed that I can expect a call from the director in "3-5 days"!!

It's all speculation - but sounds like there might be something serious wrong with it, and they can't get it right - or the parts aren't available for whatever reason. I'd be telling them to stop they're delay tactics, and either have the car with me within 24 hours or else I'd be requesting a full refund and buying elsewhere.

As others have asked…Can you get to the site and check it out for yourself.

any decent company would be calling you and keeping you informed

telling you to expect a call in 3 to 5 days is taking the !!!!!!
