trusted that’s a strange word to use when they stole , so are you meaning I’m telling lies
In the unlikely even that the police actually investigate this, to secure a criminal conviction they would need to prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, that one of these people stole your watch. How are they going to do that unless they were to find the watch in their possession?

A civil claim would need to convince the judge, on the balance of probabilities, that they took the watch. Although that is a far lower hurdle to get over, you will still struggle as there is only your word for the fact that the watch is gone and two of them who will no doubt say that they were always together and neither "stole" your watch. Again, without some other evidence to tip the balance it is not going to happen.

Unless Currys have had other complaints about this delivery crew (and you have no right to that information), it is unlikely that they will admit any liability.

Very unfortunate, if it was indeed stolen, but that is how it is.

I recently had a washing machine delivered and money and watch was stolen from my property it definitely was one of the drivers while I was in the kitchen , I have been in touch with police and sent email to the CEO obviously it didn’t get as far as him , but I am getting no satisfaction from them as obviously the drivers are saying they didn’t do it. Any ideas how I can get any compensation
Where were the watch and money?

Did the drivers also install your washing machine or was it just a delivery?

If the watch and money were in a different room to the kitchen (where you say you were), why did one of the drivers go into another room?

I obviously have no idea if you are telling lies
What I do know is that Currys are likely to chuck your complaint into the nearest dustbin
