If you can prove they stole the watch  open a money claim for your losses. If you can't prove it then there isn't much you can do.

There is a massive difference between believing only the driver could have taken the items and having the evidence to prove that belief.  In the situation described I doubt there is any chance of obtaining compensation.

I recently had a washing machine delivered and money and watch was stolen from my property it definitely was one of the drivers while I was in the kitchen , I have been in touch with police and sent email to the CEO obviously it didn’t get as far as him , but I am getting no satisfaction from them as obviously the drivers are saying they didn’t do it. Any ideas how I can get any compensation
How do you know someone else did not enter the flat while you were all in the kitchen fitting the washer?

yes I’m the only person in the flat
there is not much chance in me getting my property back if they are denying talking it that is the reason I mentioned compensation as Currys employed them and only taking their word
So Currys should take your word without any evidence to back up your accusation?

If 'they were the only people who could have stolen it', then they'd be pretty clueless to steal from people to whom they were delivering it, as they'd be clearly identifiable as the suspects. It doesn't add up.
But if you think you can prove it, LBA and small claims is the way forward.

Presumably too late now, but if the items were not next to the dishwasher, then I'd have been asking for fingerprints to be taken where the items were left...

Not a break-in though. I'd be surprised if the police did more than issue a crime reference number.

If the OP has contents insurance that will be the best source of any compensation, which is what the original post asked.

When you say break ins do you mean burglary?
