I cam across this the other day: Potatoes Romanoff. Looks ok but altogether too much hassle (for me).No man is worth crawling on this earth.
So much to read, so little time.2 -

You just need to bake the potatoes, then cut them in half and scoop out the middle. Mash it up with some butter and cheese (we add onions, but you can add anything you want really). Then put the mash back in the skins and bake for 20-30 mins until golden.
They're so delicious, especially if you have a bit of Branston or homemade chutney.5 -

You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time but you can never please all of the people all of the time0 -

Bake the potatoes and cook parsnips in a little water, halve the potatoes and mash together with butter or margarine. What lifts this is the spicing. Ground cumin, preferably ground just before using (try a teaspoon full for a couple of potatoes). Mix most in well, pile in the skins and reheated, with the last bit of cumin and some paprika scattered over.
Even nicer if you put the the parsnips in the oven for the last 10 minutes with the potatoes, with a little oil to dry out and begin to colour. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing1 -

Oh, I've seen quite a few of her videos and hadn't noticed her being mean. She does come across as a school teacher, which I think she used to be, but that doesn't bother me much. I'm quite into extreme frugality though at the moment, so maybe that's why I didn't notice it.Live the good life where you have been planted.
