Internet fraud on my bank account

I have recently been defrauded on my bank account to the tune of over £10,000 via online gambling platforms. After contacting my bank and being told the monies would be refunded in 48 hours now six weeks down the track I am told the case has been closed and there is nothing more I can do about it. I have concrete evidence that my phone has been hacked and have supplied the bank with this and they have completely turned their back on me. This is my life savings and I have been illegitimately robbed. Can somebody please help me out with this I am literally at wits end with hitting brick walls and my mental Heath is suffering way beyond any words can describe. Yes

I think for anyone to offer you advice they would need a lot more detail.
How did the fraud happen? One transaction or multiple? One company or many.
Did you reported this to the fraud department ? How have they said about why they closed the case?2 -

Hello. This happened by multiple transactions over one night to three separate online gambling companies. They linked them to my bank account and withdrew over £10,000. The moment I woke up and realised what had happened anger receiving emails and alerts I contacted my bank which is nationwide and they cancelled my card and any outgoings from my account. After being told I would have the funds returned to me in 48 hours (which did not happen) I am now being told that the IP address that was used for the transactions was the same as mine. The week leading up to this fraud there were up to 15 separate strange things happen on my phone from various companies including an alert from Apple to say I’ve been hacked and still the bank won’t acknowledge this abs today told me the case is closed. I am physically sick over this I am mentally unstable over this and no matter how much information I have supplied to them they are basically calling me a liar and honestly and I mean honestly I am ready to jump leaving a letter for the reason why and that letter is that the complete incompetence of nationwide building society has driven me through this. The financial ombudsman have told me they will look deeply into this case for me but that will take a minimum of four months before my case even gets read. It’s disgusting and extremely poor service and behaviour by nationwide and it’s that which has pushed me this far0

The problem here is two fold, Apple don't send out "alerts" to say your phone is hacked so I don't know what it was you received. Secondly, gambling sites link to a bank account, you can only withdraw to the linked bank account from where the deposit came from.
Look at it it from your banks point of view. Someone using your phone, verified using their logs that it was your phone, who passed all security measures on the phone and the banks app, sent money to a gambling site. You are now saying it wasn't you.
If it wasn't you then how did someone bypass all security measures on your phone and how did they withdraw the money from the gambling site?
To them it looks more like regret.5 -
Yes my monies were sitting in my account. I certainly did not keep them under the bed at home. I am not computer savvy I believe what was being sent to me. All my social profile passwords had been changed as well as my log in details for my email account. I am looking for advice not for people to shoot me down for being non vigilant here. I am at a wits end and am clueless to what has happened other than a third party accessing all my details0

Others will be able to provide more information but the above is 100% a scam and nothing to do with Apple. It's possible this has allowed some entry to your credentials. However, doesn't explain how the same IP address was used to access your account.
Was it an actual app on the Apple store? Can you remember what the app/website asked you to provide?2 -
As a follow up, were you asked to provide any security codes (Nationwide pin device) or verification codes from a txt message?0

https://howtoremove.guide/blocker-digital-iphone-pop-up/ will take you through how to get rid of the dodgy browser hijacker software that displayed the above messages, as a starting point, but if you had "15 separate strange things happen on my phone from various companies" then it sounds like a thorough clean-up will be needed, maybe a factory reset.

According to the various sites I have visited, these warnings from 'Apple' are a scam. Did you follow the link?I came into this world with nothing and I've got most of it left.1

Thank you. It wasn’t an app. I had a pop up about screen monitoring. I had an alert from Apple stating my i cloud has been accessed from another device, all my passwords have been changed, I’ve been blocked out of various sites due to failed password attempts that weren’t done by myself. I’ve spoken to a cyber security expert who has told me my IP address can be “spoofed” all of this is double Dutch to me and nationwide have slammed the door in my face. I have even contacted the online gambling companies direct and was told today by virgin gaming they believe this wasn’t done by myself and still the bank have said case closed. I need help I simply don’t know what to do anymore0
