    Almost all parking companies have great difficulty making a parking charge stick when a leased/hired car is involved and the driver hasn't been identified.
    Do not identify the driver.

    You need to be reading that part of the first post of the NEWBIES thread that covers hired/leased vehicles - in particular, the three template appeals by Edna Basher found towards the bottom of that post.
    Yep cheers mate, I'm currently going through the POPLA appeal for a previous PCN, with any luck I can get this one chucked out before getting to that stage
