We are only going to have 1 shower and 1 bath they will not be used at the same time. I think a 25kw will be ok so was going to accept the difference they offered which was £120 but I am now getting a locking error 2967 and we cannot have a bath now and the heating is not getting that hot. Checked the error history and we have 10/10 locking errors 2967. Have sent a email to the company to come back and look at the boiler and also asked them to send someone else as I am not happy with the installer. Waiting for a reply. I suspect will not get a reply as they have not replyed to the last two emails sent waited a week.

If they do not get back should I book with someone else and will I be able to get the money back?

Also check the water temperature indicator in the boiler, apparently the recommended setting is 60 to 65 deg C

It is currently set to 65 deg C.
Heating is set to 20c and the water is at 55c

You need to give them a chance to sort it out. When did you contact them asking them to come and sort it out? Have you tried phoning them again to get someone to come round?
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)

I have just phoned them up they have said to contact Bosch and get them to fix the issue as they think it is a sensor that is faulty. They said they cannot do the work otherwise it would invaildate my warranty with Bosch.
Used Bosch website to request an engineer out to look at the issue, hopfully they can sort the issue.

So which is it, the hot water is either set to 65C or 55C?
