I have not heard of them, so cannot comment. However, if this is a charged for service a consideration would be how much you will actually 'save' against the PCN etc. Personally, I would elect to listen to the people on here who have real knowledge and do not charge a penny (thanks, you guys and gals)
The pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.
  • WOW .... such an ignorant reply and stinks of a scammer at work.

Surely your MP will not accept this rubbish.   But they are members of the scam IPC, a Gladstones set up ..... MORE FOOL NGP for belonging to a scam organisation.

Is your MP not aware of the great Gladstones / IPC / IAS scam ???

She didn’t say anything other than this is their reply and they are looking to pursue it further 🤨

should I be concerned about IPC?

am I right to believe that they have to justify the amount they are charging being loss to that business?
No.  You could not be further away from the way to defend it by thinking that.  It is NOT an argument.

I found a site called parkingmateuk that’s apparently supposed to help with the case if it comes to county court. Have you heard of them?
Yes, I've heard of them.  You don't need them, they do basic easy appeals OK but they can't write defences.  Stick with us.

should I be concerned about IPC?
Concerned about the Trade Body?  No.

Do you mean, should you be concerned about NGP?

No, but they might try a doomed court claim and they will almost certainly lose because their evidence is woeful and we are good at what we do.  If they get a solicitor to write with a Letter of Claim, or a N1 court claim form, come back and we will assist so you don't go writing a doomed defence about having to show 'loss'.  That argument ended in 2015 when the Supreme Court decided it has no legs.

And re NGP accusing you of not playing with a straight bat, the words 'pot' and kettle' spring to mind:

Not a nice bunch.  You will beat them with our help.  Stop looking online for a clueless paid 'service'.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Agh right first point, I read that somewhere but didn’t realise you can’t use it to justify the silly amount.

but I will wait for their next crappy letter and reach out to you. Thank you for all of your help with this.  I really appreciate it.

You need to get your MP to understand this, the new code of practice, does she know about this ??

Should you be worried about the IPC ... hey my dog laughed at that .... the IPC was set up to attract rogue traders with an appeals service called the IAS which rejects most appeals and then along came Gladstones solicitors who would sue.   Problem is that Gladstones set up this scam in the first place, does your MP fully understand this ?

The IPC are the biggest scam around and nothing to worry about ... scammers
