Recently deceased keeper - bit of fun or am I going too far?

I guess once you have returned the car to Motability confirming that the keeper sadly died, you could, if need be, upload that correspondence as evidence if the PPC are not going away and if they dare to question your integrity.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

This is one for the archives!!!!! The IAS appeal has worked.
The result in full:
"Thank you for your appeal. Due to further information <Parking Company Name> has confirmed they will no longer be pursuing the matter and the parking charge has been cancelled."
Maybe everyone should try the same but that maybe in very bad taste!

I liked your style and it sounds like the deceased keeper would have appreciated it!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Re. the RK vs Motability ... as I recall, the person receiving Motability aid is listed as the RK but Motability themselves retain the copy of the V5C.

I think a medium and Ouija board might be needed to do that, but I bow to your experience in these matters.
OP, well done and thanks for letting us know. I'm sure your late father would have appreciated your efforts on his behalf.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

Why would OP need such a board to read a website?.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0
-
I think it's more the fact that the OP has no claim to bring, so reading the website would be pointless.
... their father's estate may have a claim however

... so reading the website would be pointless.
I disagree. A letter of claim costs nothing anf may cost the PPc ££s to deal with. How is that pointless?
FWIIW, I once sent an LOC to Apcoa and received a very detailed reply from their legal advisor. Anything which costs a PPC time and money is to be encouraged imo.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1 -
I'll leave it now - you're obviously not seeing my point. 🙄Jenni x0
