This might help you a bit.This provider seems to be taking on new customers. It doesn't matter if you like their tariffs or not, point is to get a supply, then migrate at a future date.

Getting a new supply installed isn't the same as simply becoming a new customer. E.ON Next don't have a new connections department yet as that is still done by the old E.ON. and the OP has already confirmed that they're not providing new connections at the moment. Thankfully for the OP it looks like they've sorted it out.0
