All of those things could have involved you giving your email address to receive tickets or reservation details, which would also be used for track and trace.

Overseas = yes, but came back on 3/10

Cinema/Theatre = no

Restaurant = went to the local pub for a meal. Made a reservation with the landlady who I've known for 30+ years over the phone - didn't give her my email address

GP surgery do have my email

Oh well! :-)
