Still have no final bill from Sept 16 21 - Oct 2 21 from Igloo. Credit balance is £220. It will be c. £200 when calculated bill til 2 Oct 21.
Last two direct debits from Igloo were £80 on 21 Sept 21 and £69 on 19/10 (after they went bust)
Had £122 balance transfer to Eon Next ac on 2 Dec 21. No idea where that figure came from.

Need the final figures fixing soon as its confusing me and don't want to be ripped off.

If you go on the Igloo app it should show you a final bill paid, it does on mine.

I am guessing that final bills have been issued to those who did not make direct debits to Igloo after approx 7 October

Yes I stopped mine asap (around 3rd or 4th Oct) couldn't see me paying a company who already had enough credit to cover possibly another 2-3 months bills. No way I thought contrary to what the advice was about leaving the DD in place.
  • October Igloo direct debit payment has now been added to ny Eon Next  account, dated 10th, arrived today

Does anyone know the email address for igloo customers at Eon Next? I think one was set up. Thanks.

    ceo@eonnext.com & unhappy@eonnext.com
I don't know of another for ex-igloo customers. I have sent complaints separately to both these addresses and had no reply so as always, expect nothing from eon. Escalate complaints, it's the only way with eon, I've been there before, igloo was a breath of fresh air afterwards!
  • Ok Had final bill from Igloo.

The £122 was credit on my account from my account - once the final 16/17 days were billed (mid September - 2 Oct) and the £69 DD paid in Oct was credited separately. So makes the final 16/17 days I used £31. Doesn’t make sense as used £23 the three weeks before. Didn’t put the heating on til 3rd week Oct.

I got an itemised final bill from Igloo, it matches usage/meter reads up to Ron taking over. Incidentally mine was £32, your £31.
The bill history and meter reads are still there for checking back on the Igloo app.
Igloo have been pretty decent to deal with for me, even during this transition to Eon they've done their bit. I find Eon a little vague, I mean where's my itemised bill for November-December. I've asked twice now via email, although I got answered the questions posed, well one of them about said bill above hasn't.
