Neo's site says their supply partner is Euston Energy Limited.

Companies House says that Euston Energy Limited has been renamed UK ENERGY INCUBATOR HUB LTD.

UK ENERGY INCUBATOR HUB LTD (formally known as Euston Energy Limited, as you say) is listed on the Ofgem list as having supply licences for both gas & electricity.

Neo Energy are a white label of Euston Energy so don't own their own license. - I also wouldn't count them as an energy supplier and more of a money laundering scheme or something similar.... Just the dodgiest 'supplier' I've ever seen.

Dodgy is an understatement. They have been issuing spurious invoices both to me and a friend who made the mistake of joining

them.Fortunately I stopped my direct debit before the invoices were paid. Impossible to get a response.from any contact phone or email. I have made a complaint to Ofgem. So far no action, but early days. They say that I owe them over £1900. possibly £600 may be mine, but I can't be certain as they won't give me a usage breakdown. Their director is a guy called Oliver Friedrich but I can't find an email address for him. I suspect fraud and Ofgem needs to pursue this before  they extract money from unsuspecting customers'
