Plus If you are admitting to driving in 2 , it should be one sentence , keeper and driver , losing the second sentence

As mentioned above , at first you said you were not the registered keeper , yet your draft defence says registered keeper and driver, you need to be 100% truthful in a defence or court proceedings , it cannot be both , it's one or the other

When you sign this Defence , you have signed the declaration of truth , the last paragraph !
I thought I had explained Im no longer the registered keeper. But at the time I was the registered keeper and driver.
What you are now is not relevant , so what I said stands , glad to see that you changed 2 to one sentence

Defence looks OK. Was there no entrance signage to alert you?

Not that I recall. Should I send the defence as is now via the email process?

I wouldn't , you have almost 2 weeks before the Defence is due to be submitted , so wait and see if it can be improved

It is a scam.  Where is ocurred is irrelevant.  Please complain to your MP.
How best to do this? Are there examples to follow that you can point me to?

There are no templates for a complaint to your local MP , each one is bespoke , but here is an example of complaining and MP awareness and lobbying

So what happens once I've complained? What is its value? Does the response I get from MP form part of the defence?

Think of the bigger picture , not yourself , it's not about an MP assisting you with a court claim , they probably won't get involved in individual cases !

I doubt that any MP response will assist your Defence

The MP leaning on the PPC and landowner can cause them to look closer at the case and discontinue.  At the moment you are on a conveyor belt and no-one has looked at anything.

Surely you are now taking time to read around the forum and improve the defence, e.g. to add stuff about the lack of entrance signs, I asked the question for a reason!  For you to think about what else to say in your defence, not just to get an answer in this forum.
