    I hope you didn't leave the heading like this?
    IN THE COUNTY COURT AT ONE PARKING LIMITED (Claimant)

    Not only is there no such parking firm as what that says, but the first part should stop at 'IN THE COUNTY COURT' (not 'at' the Claimant).  Makes no sense as a sentence.

    PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Thank you for all of your help coupon-mad. I am a bit tipsy right now, work xmas dinner, but thank you for having the patience of a saint with me, that goes for all of you, Le_Kirk, Johnersh, KeithP, D_p_Dance, tboo, 1505 grandad and Jenni_D.

    @Coupon-mad

    @Coupon-mad, will reply to my questions regardless of how frutstrated I come across and there is no delay in your help and response. The help you give is amazing and whether I win or lose, I know I have had the best advice money could buy for nothing.

    Despite not knowing all of the legal format and case law, it felt extremely satisfying today not having to simply copy and paste, but actually going over my witness statement and understanding the argument I am making, how its specific to me and being able to edit and ammend in a way that I actually feel confident going into completely unchartered waters for myself as someone who has never had to mount a legal defence.

    I will keep you updated on how things go. Tomorrow I will email my statement, draft order and evidence I have prepared today and pay the set aside fee. I know its not over yet and there is more to come and I will likely seek your help again, but I am extremely thankful to all of you and wish you all the very best for this christmas and the upcoming year. You are absolutely amazing and doing a really good thing helping people who are lost fighting some pretty horrible organisations who seemingly have free licence to potentially ruin ordinary people lives. I commend you all. Thank you again.

    Very good to hear you feel well prepared!

    You might wanna watch this TV show tomorrow.  Not sure how hard hitting it will be and I said nothing ground-breaking, but fellow scam-fighter @bargepole and I were both filmed for it:

    Following that link I get:
    Sorry, No Additional Programme Information Available for This Show
    Is there an error in the link? Or is that a mobile devices link? (I'm on my laptop).

    Sorry, coming to this a bit late, but the following timeline doesn't stack up:

    1.2. I understand that the Claimant obtained a Default Judgment against me as the Defendant on ** April 2021. I am aware that the Claimant is One Parking Solution Limited, and that the assumed claim is in respect of unpaid Parking Charge Notices from the 10th June 2021 at the Essex Place Car Park, Brighton, Sussex. I contest this charge for the reasons outlined in the attached draft defence.
    The default judgment couldn't possibly be 2 months ahead of the parking event.
    Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

    I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
