Not exactly helpful but change of career too something that really supports your personal skills? Even if you're not sure what those skills might be..... I'm fairly lazy but have an addictive personality for certain things. I wasted 10 years being a junior in corporate banking. Then moved countries, was teaching English for peanuts and then found myself back in Finance but this time in crypto and in a completely different role from what I used to do. Now make monthly what I used to in a year. It's never too late for change I suppose is my point0
