How to complain to Amazon UK

I had a reason to complain to Amazon about the conduct of their delivery drivers.

STOP PRESS, If you want to speak to a human being but don't want to jump through the endless hoops on their app or website, then do this:

● Phone [Removed by Forum Team]. This is the number for Amazon UK Customer Services, and it's the number they don't want you to have. After a few automated questions, you may find yourself going around in circles. Just respond to any further questions with "speak to an agent", they will then connect you to a human being. Unfortunately, that person is based in an Asian call centre. This results in them being difficult to understand because of their strong local dialect and excessive background noise.

My issue has not yet reached a resolution, and it's obvious that the customer services team will try and block any of my attempts to escalate the complaint. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and it was deliberately made difficult for me to do so. When I was connected to a person who claimed to be a supervisor, I was shocked and dismayed by his lack of empathy and unprofessional attitude. He was disrespectful and sarcastic His demeanor was unsympathetic and dishonest. I will be taking my issues with him further!

I think that overall, Amazon is a good company. They provide an excellent service, but their reluctance to be accountable for their ineptitude is both disappointing and unacceptable.
