How to complain to Amazon UK

I sent an email to the address given for complaints to Amazon (complaints@amazon.co.uk) only to get a response that the address is not currently accepting emails! Does anyone know how I can contact them. Their usual Customer Service options have been a waste of time.

If the usual customer service options haven't been helpful you could ask to escalate the complaint or alternatively try using social media to contact them.0

U need to use Amazon chat.

Worth a tweet to them - they tend to hate dirty laundry being aired in public0

They don’t make it easy. For the biggest retailer in the world, their customer service is diabolical.1

On the few occasions I have needed to contact them I have used the option for a call back which seems to happen within a few seconds. OK, there are one or two steps to go through but I have normally found myself talking to a "real" person within one or two mins. English may not be their first language but it has always been adequate, they have been pleasant and helpful and have resolved the issue. I have usually asked them to email me confirmation of what has been agreed and that arrives within a few minutes.
Many companies are far, far worse.4 -

I'm no apologist for Amazon but I've had pretty much only good or excellent experiences with them on several occasions, including today. Contrasting to some High St stalwarts like Argos.
Re English not their first language - this is a fair criticism and I am still trying to work out this line from today's online chat2 -
Never had a problem contacting or getting any complaint addressed. They are very easy to contact, in fact they even call me usually within a minute or two.
Admittedly I think I have only needed to contact them about 4 or 5 times and I have been with them from when they were a bookseller it's that long ago.
