So let's assume someone has bought a season ticket.
And then their team does really really poorly so the ticket holder is really angry. Or the ticket holder finds they need to move a couple of hundred miles away and won't be able to attend any games. Or the ticket holder gets covid and is hosptialised for 2 months.
