A couple of these sold out while I was looking through the list! What websites would be good for looking at other brands?0

More stock is added regularly.
If you want a lighter laptop for travelling, have a look at a Dell XPS. They are more spendy than the inspiron but the case offers more protection for the display and the internals, whilst been a fair bit slimmer too.
I personally find it hard to recommend HP, Acer, Asus laptops.Lenovo T series and X series are good. I'm not sure about their 3i/5i ranges but the seem to cater to slim/lightweight/durable but cheaper than the X series. You can buy direct from Lenovo's website, although I find navigating it interesting.
The major problem I have with Curries is the range of laptops they stock. They have low end/mid-range consumer grade stuff (plastic bodies, very shiny wide screens, naff keyboards) and much more expensive unobtanium (MS Surface/Apple) but very little in the middle ground. The slightly sturdier business-orientated laptops are missing.A dream is not reality, but who's to say which is which?1 -
I went to the Lenovo website but found it difficult to understand. The first time I tried, it said no results after putting in about 3 of the specs. Then I did find a page with lots of the X series, but when I found a page to enter in the specs, none of these appeared.I got:These seemed to be mainly Yoga's (never even heard the name before).I found the site so confusing that I gave up at that point.

If this doesn't meet your criteria; https://outlet.euro.dell.com/Online/SecondaryInventorySearch.aspx?c=uk&cs=ukdfh1&l=en&s=dfh&sign=PXhcOSHtr1T4IOw/PR7UdU1t6D4PRjojCBZPhGNVgdFYWs15bBykchvbg3vYQ+TDcvU/dVh80saZSkmFuC3Pjd/gENYuQ4XIuZPZrBWeFL9bpP0eEFXV8sibgMNRE65VA4kI5cbmrs6cbQwkcl3IFXGWIACAtHP844lSTi/UlG7D/7H5o1QZ5FfsyAtur1s/dSnAhb55Z5u8w72tLmN1tFmGfEss/9fQdp/itrnuLW8jnX0b/n0HyPHoTfsm5Nk2vmt+ATe2az4= what is missing for you?
You need to set your criteria, as opposed to wandering aimlessly.
Tailor the choice to the actual usage, rather than looking at things about which you appear to not have a clue.
State for what you need it, your budget and any other criteria you think might be relevant.0 -
For instance, if a colourful and bright laptop screen is important; https://outlet.euro.dell.com/Online/SecondaryInventorySearch.aspx?c=uk&cs=ukdfh1&l=en&s=dfh&sign=PXhcOSHtr1T4IOw/PR7UdUokKZcitpGLfWZrY7rDLv6OOI4vZoFuCTX2/dsTA50k8wSgt/k6TPHMc5XYRl2fnxClhTJxsQp0tEDAi32CuxVQ3Ai5DiroizCppmKHXnOEnmMLoj2YSo6zpf6/PYlTqvfRAOuLyIwOBaIZEjTbK6r/kjSd8pBUpkmAxjkmSauw5v9tH/MRdzIph671jD4zYjS6bcPDIwRLnneVXYZxUVzVPMJlMs/GWOfX/3ne1opjQaivnGZFVVk=
14.5 inch QHD+ (2560 x 1600 pixels) 16:10 Anti-Glare IPS 300-nits 100% sRGB Non-Touch Display
It's not as simple as just choosing FHD in the spec.0
