My house is very well insulated, modern U-Values, EPC is high C
I switched over from oil to ASHP in July and locked in with Simbio for a year
Hot water = 1,820kW
Heating = 3,100kW (Winter Only)
Everything Else = 4,080kW
Heating oil prices are also at a all time high about 62p a litre so I would have been worse off if I didn't switch from oil.0
