  • was with people's energy until it goes burst. Now with British gas who offer the following :-
    Standing charge is 4p higher per day for both
    the Unit rate is basically 30% higher then previous

    Not so sure about that - I had been referred to Octopus Energy by Omni, but when I didn't hear from them I emailed them & one of the customer service guys emailed me the article a few days ago about Omni transferring customers without consent & said they have not been told about the switch of Omni customers. I think I'm just going to sit tight & wait & see if Omni does collapse or whether it's just another of their scams to get rid of "unprofitable" customers.

    Well I was supposed to be switched to Scottish power last week. Didn’t happen.

    Omni live chat isn’t being answered. Not that that’s a bad thing, last time I went on chat I was told, and I quote ‘I don’t know what to tell you’  

    So it seems I’m still an omni customer.
