Just a template? Don't add any receipts to prove I am a regular customer?
My point was that you use the template not the temple.  If it helps your case, then I would send copies of receipts and keep the originals safe.  You are appealing to the parking company not Lidl and I doubt they will care about you being a regular customer but it can't hurt to say that and prove it.

haha, sorry! My fault! Okay. Will send the original template followed by the receipts in the attachement.

The template tells you to add anything relevant, such as a blue badge or shop receipts.  That doesn't require saying whose receipts they are or words about who was driving.

Quite right too.  Was your receipt for a big shop (approx how much)? We are trying to work out the ceiling above which PE will cancel a Lidl one.

I attached few receipts for amounts not bigger than 50 pounds. But I've complain to lidl few times about it so maybe they already new that if I made a appeal to Parking Eye, it has to be cancelled.

For information, I also got a parking eye charge at Lidl cancelled after appealing with a reciept. No progress with Lidl themselves though.
  • I have recently received a parking charge notice for 100£. [22/12/22] for overstayed.

I appealed in the same day when the letter was delivered.

Appeal was accepted and they cancelled my PCN .

I don't have to pay anything.
