Parking Eye ticket at lidl

Hi everyone,
I recently got a ticket from Parking Eye for overstaying at Lidl Carpark for 19mins. I read through other threads and complain to Lidl via e-mail. I've got a response saying they are sorry for that but I should appeal myself to Parking Eye. I then respond to them saying I want them to cancel and was writing as an angry customer. I've just got this response:

I've just got this response:
"Thank you for your recent email.
I appreciate this is an upsetting matter and I am sorry that you were unhappy with our previous response.
We are unable to make an appeal on your behalf. This is because all appeals need to be placed in writing directly by the appellant. Doing so allows you to retain your right to formally appeal any decisions made by the car park management company.
A reminder that details of the appeals procedure can be found on the reverse of the Parking Charge Notice you received.
Thank you again for contacting us. "
Can you please help me write a good replay saying that basically, they can CANCEL that? Is there any website that may prove my words? I read through threads and I know they just lie and can cancel this charge quickly. Maybe I just cannot write a proper angry complain...
Can anyone help?
Thanks!

Tell them to check the ParkingEye User Manual that every client has because there is a cancellation right and dedicated email for shops to do this. Tell them that Morrisons use ParkingEye and your research has found that they cancel PCNs all the time by email so you cannot understand why Lidl are fobbing you off and not just sending the usual email to support a valued customer.
Having said that, if you can prove a spend in store, ParkingEye will probably cancel but be careful to check first if it is a Holden Ticket in case you need to be reticent about who parked. Compare your PCN to the Golden Ticket image in the 3rd post of the NEWBIES thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

We are unable to make an appeal on your behalf ?
But you asked them to cancel, not appeal on your behalf ??
That's not customer service .... that's ignorant service ?3 -
Have you read the newbies? Have you complained to your MP?

Lidl and Aldi do and will cancel these scam tickets.
With all the price matching going on nowdays with the big supermarkets, Lidl need as much business as it can get.
It's CEO time and to ask why his customer services wants to drive cusomers away
Google >>> CEO EMAIL LIDL
You simply cannot spend your money in a supermarket where there is a scammer at large.
WARN YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY about this LIDL2 -
Ids this car park just for Lidl, or is Lidl on a site with other retailers - ie a retail park with a "shared " car park?

Perhaps someone else will know.
You could of course ask google.3 -

Hi everyone.
I guess I do not have enough luck with Lidl. Here's the response I got from them:
"
Thank you for your recent email addressed to our CEO. I have been asked to respond on his behalf.
I appreciate this is an upsetting matter and I am sorry that you were unhappy with our previous response.

I guess that the next step I should do is to appeal to Parking Eye directly. I do not have a golden ticket and saw at the back of the charge that I need to tell them who was the driver at that time but is it really true? Is there any legal obligation? How my appeal should look like? Should I just send them all receipts I was able to find from this store? ( I do not have the receipt from the day I was charged and was paying by cash)1
