You could go back and tell them you were not appealing to Lidl but were complaining.  However, if they think so little of your custom and are prepared to put up with the loss of you as a customer, along with all your friends and family at a time when stores are desperate for sales, then continue with your unhelpful attitude.  People cannot afford to shop at Lidl if every trip comes with a £100 surcharge and there are other supermarkets available.

I would be on Trustpilot telling people why they need to shop elsewhere !

Write bad stuff on  Facebook/Trustpilot/Twitter et al.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

    Hi everyone.

I guess I do not have enough luck with Lidl. Here's the response I got from them:

    "

We are unable to cancel the charge or appeal on your behalf. This is because all appeals need to be placed in writing directly by the appellant. Doing so allows you to retain your right to formally appeal any decisions made by the car park management company.

Remember what Coupon-mad said earlier ....

"Tell them to check the ParkingEye User Manual that every client has because there is a cancellation right and dedicated email for shops to do this.  Tell them that Morrisons use ParkingEye and your research has found that they cancel PCNs all the time by email so you cannot understand why Lidl are fobbing you off and not just sending the usual email to support a valued customer."

Go back to the CEO and reference the
    ParkingEye User Manual
Ask why he tells you that Lidl cannot cancel when his contractor clearly says he can
Tell him he is holding you, a customer in contempt and if this proceeds to court, you will call Lidl as a witness to explain this to a judge. Insist the CEO cancels this immediately

On trustpilot there are 2600 reviews with 67% BAD reviews.  Add your own review showing the address of the branch to warn others to avoid the area and this branch

I do not have a golden ticket and saw at the back of the charge that I need to tell them who was the driver at that time but is it really true? Is there any legal obligation?
    No.

How my appeal should look like? Should I just send them all receipts I was able to find from this store? ( I do not have the receipt from the day I was charged and was paying by cash)
Yes I would but scanned copied or photos of receipts, not by post.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The NEWBIES thread plus added words about the receipts and how much you spend regularly and are a loyal customer, and that day you spent about £xx but it was in cash.

If you have any kind of loyalty card for Lidl, that will show your spend records recently I expect.

Should I follow the PCN temple? I am doing the appeal as a registered keeper who wasn't the driver at that time. However, if I will follow the PCN temple should I later just state that 'I am a loyal customer...' or 'I am spending...'? They won't say that in this case, I am saying I was a driver? I am sorry about those questions but I don't want to do something wrong and want to make sure that there is no mistake.

Just a template? Don't add any receipts to prove I am a regular customer?
