If your paying £140 a month or £1680 a year.
I find it unlikely you would be £1754 in credit.
    Would you not agree ?

I agree. Looks like the bills have all been cancelled & not billed back up again

It looks like the computer has had a blip for some reason.  You are not in credit by that amount and no doubt it will be corrected shortly.

I agree. Most suppliers have an escalating refund approvals process. That is, the greater the refund amount, the higher up the management chain the refund application goes for sign off.  Most senior managers in my experience would not sign off on £1754 credit, travel claim etc without being 100% sure that it was accurate.

Current correct balance will be negative by the amount of -£0.90 less the September statement.
  • Thanks all, in all honesty I've never paid much attention to my statements, nor do I really understand them. I was concerned that if I was in credit by that much and bulb went pop that I'd lose it. I suppose I feel a little better knowing I don't really lose that money if they do fold.
You can't miss what you never had right?!?!

That looks weird - what's wit hall the statement corrections? Have you looked at your last bill to see what readings have been used? To these match with the meter readings submitted?
This is the most important thing. Ignore all the credits for the moment, get your meter reading now and start reading and see how much you have actually used.
Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.
  • I've been with them since Oct 2018 and paid £3545.01 in total, so over the 35 months that I've been with them it averages at £100 per month which seems reasonable. Quite liked being with bulb until now - let's hope for everyone employed by them that they remain in business.

We've got to two pages in this thread and no one has actually asked @yorkygal10 to show a copy of her last statement.
You can look at it by clicking the green down arrow next to the word "statement" on your screen shots. If you don't understand your bills as you say, put a screen shot of the statement on here and we can advise you.

We still haven't established if you have been being accurately billed or if your meters are up to date. Do you have a smart meter or a dumb meter? Are you submitting regular meter readings. for sure as others have said it is unlikely you are in any credit, but we need to establish if your billing is in fact accurate.

Check the 3rd post in this thread and the other thread for that matter, it has been asked for, just not received yet...
