Parking fine how to deal with it

That is correct , parliamentary rules dictate that you must contact your own local MP first , they can pass it along on your behalfKayecee33 said:I did write on MP of Hampshire and Cornwall but because i live in Hampshire I was told that our MP will be the one to deal with it. I will all update you guys when I have new developments.1 -
Update on this case… MP in Hampshire replied to me now and they contact initial parking and the decision is still the same as initial parking states that I have to pay for PCN and I also received a letter from debt recovery now… is there anything else I need to as seem really threatening as letter said they will put me on court. Initial parking stated their signage is ok and they do not want to review new evidences.0

It's now impasse , neither aside are budging
In other words , it's either fight in court , or pay the total amount in full
Debt collectors are powerless , they won't be taking you to court , they are not the claimant. Nobody here is interested in debt collector letters 🤣🤣1 -
No paying it, relax and get on with your life. Come back if they try a small claim. Keep all the letters including your MP's communications for future evidence, and tell Initial if you move house within six years. That all you need to do unless a claim arrives, in which case we know how to deal with that and have a template defence.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Are you saying to ignore the letter of debt collector or call them to say i am not paying it? It was threatening on letter saying they will held my liable in court and will affect my credit score which not want to happen. I hope this not the case0

It's not the case, doesn't work like that and we have advised for more than a decade to cheerfully ignore debt demands from the horrific agents for parking firms. Nothing is different but you are replying as if ignoring the debt letters is something new here.
I guess you haven't yet read the 4th post of NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
