Parking fine how to deal with it

We receive a parking fine from Initial Parking when we went to St. Michaels in swindon. We had paid carpark but not right amount according yo them. On their parking board notice it says we pay pn exit and machine will tell is how much yo pay as its plate number recognition. We paid the amount machine told us to pay as not allowing us to manually put hours we stayed. But when we receive parking ticket by post they dispute this one. I have appealed to them and POPLA but they rejected it. Is there anything else i can do to appeal? Please help.

Duplicate the visit and film what the machine says.  Then show us what it says and report them to Trading Standards and ask your MP to write to the landowner and Initial, and the BPA.

I type it wrong, i st. Michaels mount in cornwall not swindon. I did wish i picture everything when we where there . I have proof of ticket we paid and bank account that we pay but not right amount as they stipulated. We live in Andover and far for us to travel to get back to the place. When POPLA investigate Initial Parking ltd. Had send a picture of signs how to pay aprking but this is different from what we have read. As when we went there it say pay when you leave. That is what we did but machine only charge as £1. They have a picture of us when we go in and out.

Yes it is in Marazion. I remember checking other cars that day to check they display ticket on their windscreen but did not see any and others told me to pay later on exit. On the parking board picture they send POPLA it says pay anytime you are park. This is not the same one we read. It also automatically compute how much you pay when we input our plate number but only say to pay a £1. But apparently we are parked for 2. 45 hours and should had pay £4 or more.we park on other areas of cornwall that day and we did not have any issues just these particular car park.

I'm guessing, but when the machine suggested that you pay just £1.00, I suspect you were supposed to adjust the the period parked, and thus the amount due ,to cover the whole period of parking.

It's a trap. Nothing less.

It didnot have a lot of button to adjust times and also the one we read it says pay on exit as when we arrive we try to enter our plate no. To pay parking but has no button to put how many hours your staying. I feel like they are waiting for people to make mistakes and then issue a giga noermeous payment

Yes indeed.  Sadly, entrapment zones are how some in this industry set out their sites.

You don't pay this sort of scam.  Things will change next year. 

Contact them only if you move house (give each new address, so that you never miss a letter because that way you can get a CCJ, behind your back) and come back here if you get a court claim.

You need your wits about you to avoid these pitfalls.

Which car park in Marazion? There is more than one.
