Have you complained to your MP?You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

No i havent. How do i do this? Do i write a letter to MP in our area, i live in Andover so do i write to my MP in Andover or the one in Cornwall where the parking issue happen?0

I cannot take a pic as we live in Andover and unable to drive back to cornwall to do this especially with petrol issues at the moment. I appeal to initial parking and failed and appealed to POPLA but still failed, what would be my next step? It is not we are trying to avoid paying parking as we did pay but it is their signage and machine contradicting Not letting as pay right amount, misleading i suppose as it says pay on exit but when they send their aignage pic to POPLA it says pay anytime on your visit.I am happy to write to MP but will need guidance. I cannot remember which part of Marazion bit i think the nearest one to the st. Michaels walkway. I would appreciate any help.1

There is no harm in copying in the one in Cornwall as I'm sure they'll want to be kept up to date on what's happening on 'their patch'.2 -
I actually look on the thread ref. Another one receive a parking ticket on same place and there was pics posted. Can i use this pics as it actually staye on ine to pay anytime and that it compute your entrance and exit but there is a small print that say pay at entry. POPLA failed my appeal so who will i bring this up now?1

You wait and see if you get a LBC (see NEWBIES thread 2nd post) and if you do then you could respond with those pics so save them to your own computer now, and rename them, in case the other poster removes them or they cease to be viewable.
Obviously everyone ignores debt demands because they are aggressive waste of space bullies. See post #4 of the NEWBIES thread and please don't come and tell us about any debt recovery letters. We are not needed at that stage of ignoring.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You really need to follow @Coupon-mad on this. Remember it is not a fine. It is an invoice and has no legal power until/unless a Judge says it does. You always have the option of fighting this in Court, if it ever gets that far. These scam artists rely on panicking people into payingThe pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.1
