Switch off wifi and mobile data when you don't need them. You will be surprised how much longer your battery will last.

The Poco was an example of what can be done with some suggestions to extend battery life that could work on any phone.

The doogee BL9000 used to give me a week of battery life in saver mode it has a 9000 Ma battery but it costs £399 on Amazon I paid £220 for mine a number of years ago. Cheap it is not, I checked for new battery's for the BL9000 and it under £43 on ebay

Perhaps a bit late to this.

Some of the brick phones support the popular chat apps, do you need the big screen?

Also, I would avoid 5g phones.  5g uses about 50% more power than 4g, 4g uses about 50% more power than 3g.  So a modern 3g phone would use a lot less power (On the radio at least) than a modern 5g phone.  I have a old Wileyfox phone that will last a few hours (Yea, the battery is shot) with the radio on, but in airplane mode it will go several days.
