I was considering UBL Bank as they seem to have the best rate at the moment
OP: have a look at West Brom Building Society, their rates look to be ever so slightly better.
Note: West Brom don't pay the interest on a monthly basis whereas UBL do have this option (i'm not sure what difference that makes to be honest).
Also looks like the 3 and 5 year West Brom ISA can only be opened in branch (whereas the UBL ones can be done online)

One of my ISA's is maturing in a few weeks time and i'm on the lookout for a cash-ISA and i can't seem to find anything better than UBL and West Brom
I have a tendency to mute most posts so if your expecting me to respond you might be waiting along time!

An online version was briefly available but was pulled with 48 hours.

I managed to snap it up before it was pulled. The interest rate for the branch version has been reduced from 2% to 1.75% (I think that's the figure)
