The West Brom upped the anti in fixed rate ISA's

Heads up - The West Bromwich Building Society upped their offers on fixed rate ISA's. The 5 year rate (2%) is way above the next best offer. I doubt the rates will stay around for long.

Thank you, it's quite an interesting one because not only is access allowed for a penalty, as with all cash ISAs by law, but it is also possible to access the money with no penalty by giving notice.1

Basically a penalty free notice account with a guaranteed rate of 2% for the next 5 yrs.0 -
Yes I have opened one as well. With the low withdrawal fees and ability for free withdrawals after notice (useful if interest rates shoot up) it seems a no brainer. Seems a win win. Most fixed rate ISAs require full withdrawal/closure and don't allow part withdrawals0
