Another NSD for me today.
On Sunday we are going away for a week. We have a motorhome. We were supposed to go in August but decided against it as it was very busy being the main holiday period. So it is all paid for as I was able to transfer the dates. As its the motorhome we can pack our food so that is all sorted. Am looking forward to the break - especially as DS is joining us for 3 days! He has never spent a night in the motorhome before - he used it as an office when it was parked in the drive when he came to stay and was working from home during one of the lockdowns. It will be nice to spend some quality time with him.
So most of today was spent tidying up the motorhome and packing wine, water and food in thereDebt free and Keeping on Track5 -
Wine, water and food - sounds like a good time, and your priorities are sorted
I think I saw you in an ice cream parlour
Drinking milk shakes, cold and long
Smiling and waving and looking so fine5 -
Shopping today as I needed milk. I also picked up a few bits for Christmas, pudding and cake - so that bit is now sorted! Luckily its only 3 of us for Christmas.
Also had a cheeky coffee and cake while I was outDebt free and Keeping on Track4 -
Coffee and cake sounds good. Well done on the pre Christmas shopping...If you have built castles in the air, your work should not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them

Getting ready to go away tomorrow. We will stop halfway on our journey for breakfast which I will take with me, home made cheese, bacon and chives scones and a flask of coffee.
Sorted my money ready - have a strict budget to keep to. Any leftovers will go towards the CC.
All meals planned and packed. Luckily we have a freezer in the motorhome so I've been able to take some meals I batch cooked earlier.Debt free and Keeping on Track3 -
Well, back from our week's break. Stayed within budget so really pleased about that. Now the hard work starts as I want to pay off/save as much as I can during the winter.
Picked the last of my tomatoes and beetroot from the garden. Made brownies with the beetroot - was a bit sceptical, but they taste lovely and you can't taste the beetroot.Debt free and Keeping on Track4 -
NSD today. Did a bit of gardening. Two loads of washing and a loaf and some rolls proving - ready to be baked in 30 mins or so.
Tidied up around the house and finished unpacking.
We had leftover bits and pieces stirfried as a late lunch. Will have some cheese on toast for supper.
Its a lovely sunny afternoon here, so will head out for a walk a bit later.Debt free and Keeping on Track3 -
