You know what will happen next as it is all laid out for you in the NEWBIE sticky. There is a link marked Know what happens and when.babbal_samrat said:submitted the defence yesterday,

That's a very long defence for the simple point "there was no breach of contract"
I mean, if the tyre did not cross the line, then the o/p is within the requirement to park within a marked bay. The wording on the ticket and the sign will be essential here.
In order to offend adainst that the vehicle would have to be outwith the markings, not merely touching them. It is essentially a ticket for not parking in a straight line.
But what's done is done. Let's not lose the wood for the trees - it's a simple point.4 -
Hello All,
I submitted the defence on 25 Oct.
Yesterdsy i received a letter from DCB legal (Dated 22 Nov.) on behalf of PPL stating that their client (PPL) wish to proceed with the claim. enclosed is within this letter there is Directions Questionaire (Small claims Track).
Can somene please guide - what should i do next....
Do i just sign it and return it ?
it doesnt state and date it should be returned by, to the court.0 -
All the info you require is in the NEWBIE sticky but also you are using the standard defence template and you should be following the guidance contained therein and also specifically given to you by @KeithP here 26 September at 1:48PM and by me here on 26 October at 3:54PM <<<LINKS

Thanks Le_Kirk for replying,
the letter i have received from DCB legal has a directions Questionnaire, which as my understanding is - filled out by PPL / DCB Legal. this seems to be a copy of their directions questionnaire which was sent to them by court. I do not need to do anything with this. (correct me if i am wrong please)
So i just wait for my direction questionnaire to be sent by court, which i then fill out and send back to court. Is this correct?0 -
That list you were following when you filed your Defence included the following...

Items 8, 9 and 10 on that list are now worthy of your attention.3 -
I see @KeithP has now answered you and posted the section that you wold have found if you had followed either of the links I posted. Hopefully you now have the advice you sought.babbal_samrat said:Thanks Le_Kirk for replying,
