DCBLegal/Excel Parking - Hearing Date June 2023

If it's not on the hearing notice then it was likely stated way back last year, on the back of your Notice of Allocation (the first notice from the local court once the case was allocated there).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have moved address since receiving the Notice of Allocation and admittedly in the midst of the move have not yet informed all parties of this. I'll be doing that now. I'd just like a sanity check please, these are the parties I need to inform:
County court
DCB
Excel ParkingCorrect?

Yes. But you must tell them to "erase" your old address. "Erase" is emphasised for a reason.

As long as by 'County Court' you mean only the local one. Don't use the CCBC email which was only a gateway admin centre, which hasn't had the file for months.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

A question.
The recovery process followed was in the form of NTK -> Demand for Payment -> Final Demand and finally Letter Before Claim.
As stated in BPA Code of Conduct, it is not law but best practice to follow the process as stated below in Section 23.4. Has this process been followed in your opinion? Trying to decide if it is relevant or not

I'm putting the finishing touches on my WS. It has been useful having already received the other parties to see their arguments. I was intending on submitting it to the forum for feedback once done.
Ah, ok. The reason I referred to BPA CoP was because all of the signage indicated they were a member of BPA. The only reference made to the IPC was one tiny sticker randomly slapped on one of the boards.0 -
They are possibly BPA members (rectangle logo). That's nothing to do with the AOS they are in (roundel).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
