Signed up for new EDF Tariff last week, Fix Total Service Sep24v2. The early exit fee advertised was £35 per fuel and that was also stated on Martins website.
Just had confirmation for sign up and the T+Cs now say £100 per fuel. How underhand is that?

Hi and welcome to the LPG, Heating Oil & Other Solid Fuels forum, the main energy forum dealing with mains electricity & gas where you are likely to get a better response is at https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/categories/energy0

If that was on a 3rd party site (such as a Comparison site) then the terms probably state E.&O.E. or similar. You can't blame EDF for what someone else publishes.
If it was on the EDF website, or even worse, in the quote you obtained from the EDF website, then they may still have terms to protect them in case of error, but if you complain with your evidence, they may agree some sort of compromise for you
Underhand? I doubt it. More probably just a human error.
Anyway, if you are unhappy with the terms as confirmed to you, you have 14 days to cancel under the cooling off process; that's partly why it is there.
