Avro website now working

    I've been able to log in okay, but can't access the statements or any other option, it's the continual whirring circle.
    Keep trying. I kept an eye on the website this evening and it took a while for my data to appear, and it didn't appear in one go; for example - page 1 of 4 of my payments loaded data and it took over an hour for page 2 to load data. It took hours for all of my details and records to show. 
  • I’ve been trying for the past 4 hours; I finally got rid of the whirring circle and the grey lines under Current Balance but it now tells me ‘No statements  to view’ under Recent Statements under the Current Balance is just blank. I tried using the link provided in an earlier post but it won’t recognise my password. I know I’m in credit as Avro took a payment on 20th September but charges were based on estimates as I only switched on June 30th. The only readings I have are the ones supplied when I switched and the ones I took yesterday. I’m confident that I’m in credit as my DD amount was calculated to allow for no increase in the Winter - but I have no evidence of anything now.

    I normally use the above address to log-in to Avro .

    I’ve used it for several years and although I can still login ok that’s as far as I can go,...no customer info/data/statements etc  can be accessed. It’s been like that for a couple of days.

    However, the address below allows me to log-in and access all my data as per usual using exactly the same log-in credentials. It appears to be functioning at normal speed too. No delays whatsoever.  My son and daughter (both Avro customers) logged in numerous times without a problem.

    Perhaps you’ve entered your password/email incorrectly???

  • I can get in via the 'normal' Avro Energy log in but using the same email/password on https://assets.avroenergy.co.uk/Account/Login2 doesn't work.

    For a few minutes, I got the list of statements but when I clicked to view, just got a 'service unavailable' message. Now it's back to the spinning circle. Hugely frustrating.

    Fair enough;...there seems to be other info emerging that access to the site using the link below depends on how long you’ve been an Avro customer;...newer customers are reporting problems whilst other (older!) customers can login ok,...sumfink like that anyway,.... Seems a bit odd though.

    I’ve had two stints with Avro and my second stint began Aug’19 . The link works fine for me,....perhaps?? there is a cut-off date which is something to do with Avro’s website being given a facelift a year or so back.

    I'm also in the same boat regarding the Login2 URL not working and telling me that credentials are wrong.

    I got the same message saying wait 15 minutes early this morning.  Had a cup of coffee then tried again.  Got some details (balance etc) but no access to statements.

    I, too, could not use the Login2 URL.   Would not accept password.

    The Avro account I manage on an estate property has been in existence for over 2 years and I have had no problem with the alternative log-in - it just works normally for me.  I think that is probably because it's certainly the old web site, before they had their facelift, as you mention - so perhaps only accounts that were active on the old site can use it.  

    I only logged in, as despite keeping very good records of my own, I seemed to be missing one statement from July, but there were mitigating circumstances why I hadn't checked it that month.  But I wanted to ensure that my records were complete, as I might need to present estate accounts at some point and as a matter of pride, I want them fully correct.  I don't however have one for August (usually generated from a meter reading given on 1st September), despite the given reading showing in the list.  So once it got to about the 10th of this month, I had a feeling they were doomed.
