Avro website now working

Website seems hit and miss at the moment. That'll be due to volume of traffic with everyone trying to log on to get statements etc.  I think I dropped lucky half an hour ago, list of statements came up and I downloaded the most recent; when I went to go back to the list it just hung with the spinning circle.

Been here twice before, re-newed with Avro three week ago as they were the cheapest fixed price. Advice from ofgem has always been dont do anything which is fine if you are un-comfortable switching, previous experience has been you are forced onto a high rate variable account and wait months for your account to be settled. Not this time DD cancelled and found another supplier, may end up being a buggers muddle I know but its done now. Whats really annoying is for years I completed a monthly spreadsheet which accurately kept me appraised where my account stood, I only stopped due to 3 years with Avro as they performed so well. Still unable to access the site

Ive cancelled the DD to Avro

Despite being £800+ in credit and requesting a repayment, they still took the £89/month DDs

It looks like Ofgem will be moving us to British Gas - and there is no way they are getting even 1p out of me.

Hopefully, I will be starting a switch later today but that £800+ does concern me.

We are moving home on Monday 27th, leaving behind Avro - not sure what to do about final readings now although will take readings on the day

I think it’s just a case of keep trying with the website, all my info was available in the early hours this morning.

Used that - it didnt like my password (which is saved on password manager)

Requested password reset and filled new form but it doesnt update.

Now cant get in to original website either.

I've logged on thankyou. What point do we take a meter reading? I took one yesterday and I've just put a meter reading onto the website although I don't think it will make a difference to anyone 😅

I've been able to log in okay, but can't access the statements or any other option, it's the continual whirring circle.
