 If you read the opening post, it states "have received a letter from the council wanting to know updated details regarding my income as the non-dependant."
 The benefit for which a non-dependant deduction is being made is Housing Benefit.
 Housing benefit is administered by the LA.
 The OP's query does not concern Pension Credit (PC), it is about Housing Benefit (HB)
 The only relevance of PC is that it passports the claimant to automatic HB.Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.3
